A separate CRM workspace for each business, in one login
In FounderPipe every business, product or client gets its own workspace: a whole CRM with its own contacts, companies, deals and outreach. Switch between them from the sidebar, and start each day on one Today screen that reads across all of them.
What each workspace has of its own
Nothing on this list is shared between workspaces. A contact added to one does not exist in another.
- Contacts and companies, with their notes, calls, activity history and custom fields.
- A deals board with its own stages, so a studio and a SaaS product can sell differently.
- Follow-ups and tasks for the people in that business.
- Outreach lists (workbooks), saved views and CSV imports.
- Email templates and sequences, written for that business’s voice.
- A sender identity: its own From name and reply-to address, and on the Founder plan its own sending domain, so each business emails as itself.
- A colour, so you can tell at a glance which business a task belongs to.
One Today screen across every workspace
Separate workspaces would mean five tabs if nothing sat above them. Today does: it lists overdue follow-ups, what is coming up and open pipeline from every workspace at once, each tagged with its business’s name and colour. Tick a follow-up off from Today, or click through into the workspace it came from.
Workspaces, pipelines and separate accounts
| Multiple pipelines | Separate accounts | FounderPipe workspaces | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contacts and companies | Shared | Separate | Separate |
| Logins and bills | One | One per business | One |
| Sending identity | Usually one | One per account | One per workspace |
| View of what is due | Filter by pipeline | Log into each | Today, across all |
If your businesses share customers, a pipeline per offer in one database is simpler. The trade-offs are set out in workspace vs pipeline, and the idea in general in what is a multi-workspace CRM?
What a workspace does not do
A workspace separates records, not people. Everyone on your FounderPipe account can open every workspace; owners manage the team and the workspaces, and members do the selling. If you need to hide one business from part of your team, use separate accounts or a CRM with per-workspace permissions.
It is also not multi-company accounting, and it does not roll several legal entities up into group reports. It is a sales CRM for founders and small teams.
How many workspaces you get
- Starter, $15 a month: 1 workspace, up to 3 teammates.
- Founder, $39 a month: up to 5 workspaces, unlimited teammates, your own sending domain.
- Portfolio, $89 a month: unlimited workspaces.
Prices are in US dollars, per account. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of everything. Full pricing.
Questions about workspaces
What is a workspace in FounderPipe?
A whole CRM for one business: its own contacts, companies, deals board, follow-ups, outreach lists, templates, sequences and sender identity. A record in one workspace never appears in another.
Can I have a separate CRM for each business under one login?
Yes. That is what workspaces are. You switch between them from the sidebar, pay one subscription for the account, and see what is due in all of them on the Today screen.
Can each workspace send email from its own domain?
Yes, on the Founder and Portfolio plans. Each workspace can also have its own From name and reply-to address.
Can I see every workspace at once?
Yes. Today lists overdue follow-ups, upcoming work and open pipeline from every workspace, each tagged with its business.
Can I stop a teammate seeing one workspace?
No. A workspace separates records, not access: everyone on the account can open every workspace. If you need that, use separate accounts.
How many workspaces can I have?
One on Starter, up to five on Founder and unlimited on Portfolio. See pricing.
Give each business its own workspace
Set up two in the trial, import a list into each, and see them together on Today.
